Become a Preferred Caterer
Only approved caterers can provide food at Th
e Center. To become an approved caterer, you must provide a copy of your (1) Safe Serve Food Manager certification, (2) business license and (3) furnish proof of insurance. If accepted, there is a $50 registration fee for one year.
Approved caterers are permitted full use of the facility's kitchen equipment and will be included on our "Approved Caterers" list. This fee also covers caterers that sell food at The Center in conjunction with any event. For any event held at The Center that requires food, a $1-per-person facility fee is assessed. This fee is based on the number of chairs that are requested for the event.
