Health Assessment
This one-hour appointment includes an assessment of blood pressure, resting heart rate, circumference measurements, cardiovascular endurance, flexibility, muscle strength and endurance, and body-fat analysis.

Exercise Program
After completing a health assessment, an exercise program is assembled based on the individual's past health history and fitness goals. A one-hour exercise program is put together and demonstrated specifically for the individual’s needs and goals.

Personal Training
Are you looking to revamp your physique? Do you need some extra motivation? Personal training sessions are one-on-one, in-depth individually tailored exercise programs with a certified trainer. The number of sessions per week are scheduled based on the client’s abilities, needs and availability. Click here for more information.
Teen Fitness Orientation
The teen fitness orientation targets teens aged 13-16 and consists of three, one-hour sessions with a DMC trainer. Each session covers various principles of exercise -- proper form, importance of cardiovascular exercise, nutrition, etc. Each participant will receive a take-home booklet that includes information covered. After satisfactory completion of the sessions, the teen will receive a special membership card to The Center that will allow them to exercise on the fitness floor and attend aerobic classes. $75 per teen
Internships
The DMC Wellness Center offers internship learning opportunities to students working towards a degree in health and wellness, kinesiology, exercise science, public health, community health or other related health degrees. Call the DMC Wellness Center for further information.

Back and Joint Classes
Do you have chronic low back or joint pain? The DMC Wellness Center can help! Sign up for a four week program to learn ways on how to alleviate your pain. The classes are half lecture and half interactive giving you practical exercises and stretches that you can do at home. Classes meet one time per week with morning and afternoon classes available Monday through Thursday.
$20 per class.
