Looking for a fitness program tailored to teens? The teen fitness orientation targets teens aged 13-16 and consists of three one-hour sessions with a DMC trainer. Each session covers various principles of exercise, including proper form, importance of cardiovascular exercise and nutrition. Each participant will receive a take-home booklet that includes information covered. After satisfactory completion of the sessions, the teen will receive a special membership card to the Ford Community & Performing Arts Center that will allow them to exercise on the fitness floor and attend aerobic classes.
